By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Jungle Games ENT reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued. We may cancel or modify orders and will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for resale or export unless expressly authorized.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING
All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.
Promotions or discounts may be governed by separate terms, which will prevail in the event of a conflict.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment and are subject to a 6% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

All content on the Services—including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, videos, reviews, and design—is the property of Jungle Games ENT or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Jungle Games ENT is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Jungle Games ENT.
You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Jungle Games ENT and release Shopify from all related claims.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
