Refund policy

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at JungleGamesENT@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Cancellations may be requested before an order ships, but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and helps cover the non-refundable payment processing fees charged at the time of purchase.

Please Read Before Placing a Pre-Order

When you place a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item, all other items in your cart will ship together with the Pre-Order item. For example, if a Pre-Order ships in one month, the rest of the items in that order will also ship in one month.

If you would like in-stock items shipped right away, please place them in a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged immediately to your card/PayPal at checkout. Pre-Orders may be cancelled before shipment, but are subject to the 6% cancellation fee described above.
